Great set up. having once had a sump room, I know what a huge undertaking this has been.
Mine was a mess. They tend to evolve based on need instead of get properly planned. I'm sure you will love working in a nice planed out space.
Just wonder why you opted to run a CA reactor, Kalk and doser. Wouldn't just one for the 3 done the job?

Thank you! Yes a lot of thought went into the rebuild.

On the question - Good question -

Calcium reactor is for the calcium - Kalk is to keep the alk in check - and I dose Acro Power, Koral color and been giving the nuagi a shot.

Cool, Sorry I didn't think about the million other uses for a dosing pump.
When I was full SPS I always had issues maintaining ALK. Your way sounds like something I should have tried

No worries - funny because I had one and sold it to then buy another one. And yeah when I put in the Calcium reactor - I wasn't going to use a 2 part and I was getting low Alk readings so I added the Kalk reactor. Works with my top off - tied into my apex, I get much more consistent CA and ALK readings.

I still have some cleaning to do in the room and want to paint the floor again, but once I do I will do a video. It is SOOOOO much better than my last set up. I have a lot more room to work in the room.

I'm really impressed. Not that it would mean much because I'm 2 steps past a newbie. I was not aware that the bigger you go, more is required. I want to be like you when I grow up :)

That is very cool. Is that in a basement? I wish we had basements in FL. I got part of my closet as the sump room lol

Yes it is in the basement. I have a Reeflo Hammerhead running the DT - Right now the DT is a 100 DSA tank - which is really nice, but my end goal is a 240 or a 300DD - the way I built this system I would need very little to do the upgrade besides the DT, I used 2" drain lines and 1.5" return lines so I can handle the water exchange on the larger system.

Originally I had all the equipment running off my Hammerhead as well, but in the new build I added an additional pump to handle all of that.

I am VERY happy with how it turned out. I still have a few things to do but overall its up and running fine.
