    Scallop
    Shrimp
    Clam
    Cyclop-eeze
    A little flake food
    Algae sheet
    1 clove garlic

    One I have works really well and keeps all my inhabitants fat and healthy.

    4 scallops
    2 snow crab legs
    3 oysters
    3 cloves garlic
    1 nori sheet
    3 shrimp
    brocolli

    blend it all together to the consistency of paste looking then freeze it and cut accordingly.
