Hello. I was wondering what the recommendation would be for circulation pumps in my tank? It is a 29 gallon with about an inch of sand at the bottom and about 30 pounds of dead rock? Eventually I will want to hook them up to a controller, but for now they will just stay on all the time. At the moment I only have one that lived in a 10 gallon tank going at 240 gph. I intend to eventually house corals in the aquarium.

If you budget can afford it, one Vortech MP-10. Otherwise, a couple Hydor Koralias should work. In my 28 nano cube, I have (2) Koralia 450 nanos controlled via a wavemaker, as well as the (2) stock return pumps (both 265 GPH) also on a seperate wavemaker. So at any one time I could have between 265- 1165 GPH in the tank. So far I have liked the flow in the tank! Your tank is bigger, and so could go even higher depending on what corals you want to have.

Good advice above... koralias are cheap and very good. A couple of them would work great. The vortech would be your best option available.. but is not cheap.
