Ok the results are in. I used half a pill. I have a 72g aquarium with about 65 total gallons of water(including sump). So I used about double the "recommended" dosage. All of the red bugs are gone. I cant see them anymore on the corals I saw them on before. I dosed the pill at 10pm and didn't connect the airline to the skimmer till 12pm the next day. Then did a 15% water change at 9pm. Then added some carbon and changed the filter sock. So almost 24 hours of Inceptor in the system(at it's full strength). I read that the longer the corals are exposed to it the better the results are and I didn't really see the harm in leaving it in that long. I did lose 2 blue hermits. But that was all. Starfish and snails were not affected(at least to the naked eye). Oh and I turned the PhosBan reactor back on at 6pm that night so water that was diluted with Inceptor could run through it.

Congrats On successful treatment!! And at least you have some left to treat again if necessary.

I'm still sitting on treating my own tank. I haven't seen as many as I used to and they just don't seem to be affecting any coral bad enough to justify me really disturbing things.
