Beautiful fish!!! Is it getting aggressive yet? I've heard they are quite mean adults....

This thread will be fun to follow!!

no not the least bit aggressive... when I introduce new fish it will throughly investigate the new guys for a day, then leave them alone the next.
When it comes to eating, he will always make sure he gets his fare share of food lol. He is an "aggressive" eater, but not to the point where he chases other fish down because they "ate his food". I have him with many other wrasses and there is no fighting... Maybe an occasional display between two, usually over food, but nothing serious.

A friend of mine has a full grown adult in his tank and he has no problems with aggression. I believe that the aggression talk stems from the coris wrasses going after inverts and such. If he finds a snail in my tank that he wants to eat, he will beat the snail up until he can get to it!

+ 1 on it being a pain. I have a sub adult and its almost completely black. It flips every frag I get that I don't glue down. He even tries to flip maricultured corals. You can see him in the video of my tank on my firesale thread. As soon as empty the tank he's got to go. Good luck with yours just make sure you secure everything or you'll want to kill him lol;D

ahhhh was at the LFS and saw a juvie again and asked them about it again, hehe. They also had a really cool juvie dragon wrasse in the tank, man I wanted them both so badly, but I know I can't, blah
