If I get multiple male flashers... (probably of different species) will they fight or be nice?

and screwtape, Im really liking the Hoevens wrasse, might add one also!

Yeah, those are always my favorite fish.

I see that christmas wrasses are delicate shippers, but I have never actually witnessed them being bad shippers.

All the ones I have seen locally have shipped with no issues, and I never have heard of one DOA or DSAA (dead shortly after arrival) of all the ones my local shop gets.

IIRC, a hoevens is the same as a melanurus. If not, they are very similar.

Yeah I have no idea where the name Hoeven's wrasse came from either. Every time I've seen it listed as that on a site it's always been Halichoeres Melanurus so AFAIK it's just a weird common name that I'm not privy to the source of. :)

Oh also, multiple male flashers of different species I've heard can work, at least they recommend that at bluezooaquatics.com to keep your males with their full coloration if you don't have any females for them to display to. They will display to each other, I assume as some sort of territoriality deal but according to them they don't get aggressive, just display.
I've never done it and decided against it for my tank because I like the idea of a male displaying to females better than the more aggressive sounding male vs male display.

    That's just me though.
