My red montipora has basically taken over the middle portion of my tank and now it is starting to come within about an inch of the front glass of my tank before it will start pushing up against the glass. Just let this happen or do I need to frag it down? Thanks

It will grow right up the glass. Show if you don't want that you should frag it. If you don't mind then you can't just let it go.

the real question is do you want to. its not going to hurt anything and it would look kind of cool encrusting on the glass imo. If you wouldnt want to have that then you would have to frag it. its pretty easy to do with wire cutters, bone cutters, or maybe even scissors. you could get a lot of frags of of it or break off some mini colonies. they heal pretty well.
