Red mushroom coral

could i keep a red mushroom coral with pc lighting. also if i can what type of flow do they like

 

yes, you can keep them under pc lighting and they prefer low to moderate flow.

 

yes Drew Shrooms of many colour varieties will be fine under PCs
how many and what wattage over what size tank?

low to moderate flow seems to suite them best
they tend to stay close to the rock and dont expand to well if the flow is to great for them

i have a 55g long and my specific lighting is in my sig

 

yes, mushrooms will do great under a variety of lighting, including pcs. my friend has a tank full of actinodiscus sp. and rhodactus sp. as well as ricordea yumas under pcs and they all do great!!

4 x 65 watt over a 55
no problem at all IMHO
just dont forget to change the lamps every 6 - 9 months as they lose colour temp quicker than T5 for example

well i ended up with something a little different after my trip to the LFS instead of the mushrooms i got a potters angelfish!! hes really cool and acclimating right now
