My local LFS just got a bunch of what they are calling red "ogo" algae. I was wondering if this stuff would be safe to add to the main tank for my herbivores to graze upon. I plan on putting a bunch in my sump...more macro the better!

I have some red algae in the sump now that I thought was ogo, but it looks more "branchy" and the stuff at the LFS appears to have more straight sections to it. Hope that makes sense to somebody..heh.
