    These guys eat like Cookie Monster and send detritus flying everywhere is this normal?

    I have been blowing off rocks with Turkey baster so I try to keep things moving but these guys are just throwing stuff up all the time and make water a little coudyish.

    pretty normal for the most part...my blue leg hermits send a little sand up in the air after they get all the food out...kinda funny to me...my emerald does the same thing

    ive never had a problem with this. but the majority of my hermits are very tiny.
