I agree the anemone is the biggest problem right now, if that goes south get it out quick or it could wipe your tank out. easier to replace an anemone then all that coral.

well, I setup the tank with 15 gallons of RO water and salt mix from the LFS, I got about 1.025 sg, the rest of the water was the salt water sold directly premixed from the LFS, which was at 1.026 sg. Final sg was 1.026, I test sg with the floating kind and with a refractometer.
I had the tank for about two days and with about half the LR from my old tank in it as well as about 5lbs of the LS from the old tank on top of the 80lbs of new LS (my old tank had a 2 to 1 ratio for lbs/gallons of LR and LS) and then one night when i got home from work I noticed the xenia was very greyish looking and not happy at all, same for the anemone, and then I npticed my powerhead was no longer working, and my filter was also making a weird noise (sounded like the pump motor was griding ?) but since I had nothing to replace all that (it was 11PM) I decided to take a chance and swap the rest of my stuff to the new tank, since the LR was already cured (as well as the LR I got from the store) the next day I noticed the xenia was much bigger and nicer color than in the old tank, and so was the anemone (which had moved a little) but since I was off I still went to the LFS and told them what happened, they told me to add the bio-spira in there, and also told me to get some seachem prime and add it to the tank if the nitrite levels went up.
I guess I will have to buy a nitrate test since I do not have one. They tested my water yesterday and told me that everything was good (tested everything for me) but to hold off on putting any other fish or anything else for at least another 4 weeks.

I made a move from a 90 gallon, a 55, and a 50 to a 150 overnight with little reprocussion. Keep an eye on it but don't panic. With proper care, your stuff will be fine.

Thanks ! What a relief ! I'm going to make the 1hr drive to my LFS (not so local huh lol) to buy the test for nitrate, magnesium and dkh, anything else I should look into while I am there.
Oh and I just checked the tank temperature is at 80.5F .... highest I've seen it in a week (76.9 room temp)
Also, is the Accu-Max M301 pH monitor something I should get or is it a waster of $$$. I am pretty anal and I like more accurate than just comparing colors on paper (even though I like chemistry a lot)
    PH and ORP

Hey don't panic. I just transfered a 65 gal tank to a 120 gal tank. You just have to stay with it and you'll be ok. You might lose a piece here or there but there's nothing you can do right now. I had an algae breakout from week 5 through week 8 and just scrubbed the glass and sand whenever I could. Now it's doing fine. I had doubled my rock and that's where I may have picked up a piece that wasn't totally cured. If you stay with cured rock it's ok. I used Caribsea oolite live sand and I even just recently added 10 lbs with no problem. I might even add another 10 lbs. Just stay with it and it'll be fine.
