Red sea max. Warranty help!

i have a red sea max with a defect in the glass. i have been getting the run around from red sea. first they said they would replace the glass now they say they wont. i cant find the owners manual. i found the warranty card for my biocube and it says (for the BC) its 12 months for electrical and 2 years for the tank (leaks and cracks) does anyone know what the warranty is for the RSM. i need to know kinda word for word so i can get this thing resolved. i have looked on the net and cant find any info either, this includes red sea's site.

ah thanks no need to more replys. weird that a biocube would have a better waranty than an rsm.

 

So are they going to replace it or not?

And how exactly is this an ASAP thread, as there is no livestock that is in extreme time sensitive danger? Just a friendly reminder that just because you want something answered quickly doesn't constitute it being in the ASAP section

 

we will find out tom. either that or they said they will give me a deal on rsm 250. dont have a price on the 250 though. what would be a price i couldnt refuse? i would be happy if they just replaced the tank. (glass only of course). my bad. packleader.
