Red thing on my glass??

    Hi, ive recently noticed these things on the back wall of my aquarium! they are no bigger than a few centimeters.. i noticed one about a month ago and now i have about 4, i couldn't get a photo so i drew what they basically look like. To me it looks like a red crack in my glass but it isnt. They dont move or flow about.. they are just there..

    Could be a hair worm which kind of looks like a spaghetti (which you'll find more pics of if you google). Hair worms don't have permanent tubes like the spaghetti and are often found on tank panels crawlling around.

    maybe you have a crack in your glass with some nutrients or something in there and some red slime started growing there?
