I can't take a picture of them cuz they're too small but they're all over the sand and small coral pieces and the glass. They're tiny, barely visible, reddish brown and oval shaped with a split in the tail. They move pretty quickly when they want but stop dead in their tracks if you scare them or move too quick. They look flat but its hard to tell. Any ideas?

I looked up flatworms and they don't look like any of the ones that came up in the search. They are flat, completely flat, and have a split in one end. Some have a bit of white at the other end, which I'm assuming is the head. I made a picture of what they look like, don't laugh! LOL.. paint program at its best.::) Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated, I just want to know what they are and if they're harmless/harmful. Thanks!

Yes that would be a flatworm. You can find them at the bottom of the link provided.

That looks like a flatworm to me.

There's quite a few different species, with many different shapes and colors, when dealing with flatworms, so I wouldn't count it out because it doesn't match the pictures you saw.

Let's put it this way: The name "flatworm" describes a phylum of animals. Humans belong to the phylum chordata, which is inclusive of every single vertebrate (meaning anything with a backbone, from fish [including sharks and lampreys] through mammals), and a few invertebrates.
