    I use sinking pellets that they were using at the LFS I bought it at, he is always sifting the sand in the corners the pellets collect in when they hit the sand.

    yeah mine just picked around (Not the one my dotty ate but one i had in my nano) at stuff and was fine. every so often he chomp a pice of flake sitting on the sand
