    Argh....!

So my controller as lovely as it is, Tells me when the tanks to warm, to cold, shuts things on and off etc.. Very cool.

Well because the tank was over the temp I want it to maintain at. IT shut the light system down. I took the moment to switch out two blue wave bulbs and put in 2 actinic +'s cause the tanks intensity was just a bit much for whats in there.

Anyways, I finished installing the last bulb and was putting the protective screen back on LOL and the machine turned on and blinded me :(... Probably should have unplugged it.. Whooops.

hahaha. Sorry, that was funny. :p

I didn't realise you could have it set to shut off equipment if the water reaches a certain temperature. That's pretty cool.

lol Its ok, I deserved that one...

Yeah, you can make it do all kinds of crazy commands... LOL things to keep the temp hot or cool... wavemaking... light cycle (including realtime light cycle with the moonlights from neptune) PH issues ... reactors dosers etc.

I heard about the wavemaker setting. I will look into that when I get my K. 1400s. I can't wait to get the Lunar Sim.

Could you recommend a dosing pump(something not too expensive) that would work in correlation with a controller?

Ummmm lol I manually dose with my Topoffs... lol Once I get my cords situated between the tanks and stuff Im gonna probably invest in an ATO unit.

Im still trying to figure out if the ORP expansion is compatible with the JR

You could use the BRS 1.1ml/min pumps. Not super high tech, but probably the cheapest option.

No, sorry. Those work for ATO's, but that's about it. They do not pump not slow enough to be used as a reliable Ca/Alk doser.
