Thanks, Seeing everyones tank really made me want to up the sand. There was about 1.5/2 inches of sand in areas but because of the black framing around the tank, you didn't see it... I only used about 30 lbs of sand to get that look, still have 20 lying around, either will return it or save it incase i ever switch out sand or re set up my 20g

LOL Thanks! No... The fish actually enjoyed it way to much. My purple tang was ticking me off though when adding the sand, He kept poking my arm with his snoot! He must have wanted something.

Mom thinks i should have just added the rest, LOL... I figure that was most definitely enough that I added.

Only thing really out of wack with my tank right now is the ph, I dont know if it dropped because of the new sand but it went down to 8.0 :/ Adding some stuff atm to boost it a bit.

LOL... Yeah it does... I had a 3 polyps off the coral die already... Not 100% sure why, however the side of the coral added another 6 polyps... So not a clue, The ones that passed where already looking horrible when I received the coral.

IMO If the lights were out all day that will cause the PH to drop. After your lights are back on it should creep back up some. mine does anyway

Also you can open a window and the ph will also come up some
