looking nice. With those big barnacles, you need a barnacle blenny or a bi-color blenny. Remember that food and waste is going to collect in those so you will want to powerhead or turkey baste them out from time to time.

I don't like leaving the lights off during the cycle. You may have photosynthetic hitchhikers on your rock that you want to save. If you leave the lights off they will most likely die.

Got my cleaning crew today from liveaquaria.com. All came in alive.

    8 Nassarius Snails
    8 Astrea Snails
    8 Cerith Snails
    1 banded Coral Shrimp
    15 Dwarf Blue Leg Hermit
    8 Scarlet Reef Hermits
    2 Peppermint
    2 Emerald

Really Cool to see the Cerith Snails burrow themselves right into the sand bed.

Also have another Koralia 1 pump, duo wavemaker, and other misc.. items coming sometime early next week (not sure how to hide that one from the wife).

Ya know It is really cool to have a thread as it makes tracking my progress a lot easier. Just another thing that makes 3reef the best.

Some more pictures of the fish. I added the last fish for this tank last week. I will have to wait until I upgrade to a larger tank and move fish over to do anything further besides adding some corals to this one. Tried to get some close ups hope you like them. Also you will see a yellow tang..Don't get freaked out..it is only about 2.5 inches and is the main reason for the upgrade date TBD. I fully understand bio load and will be doing weekly level checks to keep things in check.

Also added my second Koralia 1 and a duo wave maker this week.

:juggle2: Well started to move some things around between the 30 and 135. Since I really was not happy with the LR I had originally bought for the 30 and the fact I needed to buy some for my 135 I did some juggling. The wife for some reason was bored and did not want to sit around the house and BIG MISTAKE said lets go to the pet store. Of course I said not going without buying!!! My wife had also found a shop about an hour away that had gotten a shipment of Fiji LR in yesterday so I grabbed the keys and said I would be outside before she could change her mind. So below is a picture of the new structure and also a couple shots or the ricks I had picked up a couple weeks ago. Granted not the best pictures but wanted to share. As far as the 135 that will be in my other thread and will not be updated until I get the rock setup. It is just sitting in the tank at this time.

Thought this was cool. May firefish have found a cave that goes straight through one of my large rocks and are playing peek a boo!
