So who all uses a reef angel controller?
I saw a friends apex and it looked sweet. But reef angel seems like the cheaper option.

All I want to be able to do is
    1. monitor everything and control everything from my phone
    2. timer for lights(3 reefbreeders, so 6 plugs)
    3. temp sensor
    4. ph sensor
    5. ato
    6. control my WP40 if possible?

What else can these things do? And what all do I need to buy to accomplish what I want?

    Base reef angel controller
    Wifi module
Basically all I know I need.
Cables? Anything else? Or is it all included?

I bought one then sold it, way to much coding I went and bought a reef keeper.. But it does do a lot!

Eh, I am not worried about the coding. Sure there is a tutorial some where. If not my mom is a coder. And so is my cousin. So no biggie.

$348.00 for the analog dimming and wifi attachment

Apex lite is 369 and looks like it will be able to do all the same things? But without coding?
But I think this does not include a PH probe. PH probe is another $45. So now we are over $400 to be equally matched, less the coding of the reef angel.

Well, after reading. Guess its just what ever i decide! Both seem like great controllers. Everyone seems happy with their choice. So guess that solves that.
I do not plan to expand it and go crazy, no vortechs or radions to control.

Just want phone control, ph, temp and timers for my lights. So think RA is the cheaper way to go, and I have the knowledge base easily accessible to code it.

    Thanks for the link evolved!

Everything that you want to control can be setup with the wizard, no coding needed. Coding is only necessary for more complex operations or new modules when they first come out.
