    I've gone through literally tons of reef bones and always just tanked it. I believe the box they come has some directions for curing or something, but I have never found that necessary.

    :lol: It might but I'm guessing that just about everything for the hobby is more expensive in Canada. I'm guessing though :)

    DT=display tank...well done. Ya everything up here is alot more expensive, right down to hermits and snails. To give you an idea of expense a mexican turbo cost me $5.99, nassarius $4.99, hermits on sale $1.99 and good luck ever finding cerith snails. I would love some of those. It's not even the exchange rate, it's just that most of our stuff is expensive. My brother in law lives in California and he gets things for dirt cheap compared to what we pay, mid you the housing in the US is really expensive.

    Actually it's $5.99 plus 14% tax.

    I would imagine many factors come into place. First, distance. Shipping is expensive. Their health care and school structures, their type of government, the exchange rate, etc etc.
