Reef Breeders Photon24 lighting schedule

Im about 2 weeks in on my new led light and am wondering from other owners of the photon light what you use for your lighting schedule with time and intensity on both channels. I started off the custom setting but cut the maxes down to 40 for the first week and am now up to 45 and will bump to 50 on thursday...... im using 30 min intervals for ramp up/ramp down....just curious as to other peoples schedules and advice from those who have experience with this fixture and what you found worked for your tank
