The Room for the Fish Tank

This is the room I will be putting the fish tank in. The measurements are approximately 16ft long by 11ft wide.

The computer desk is going out and a smaller desk will be used. I don't know if I should keep the QT tank in the same corner or move it to the other side. I am thinking I should considering thats where the computer lines originate from. The Black tub is my ATO for my other tank and it will be gone also since it will be under the tank.

I will take up the flooring and replace with some type of waterproof tile or the new harder vinyl. Put in the new stand and then the rest is history.

Here are the pictures of the tank.

Yes, I an see them now. That's better.

I hope your overflow fix work for you.

That tank is going to vastly dwarf the size of the room. lol

To be honest it follows the designing rule to where I have 3 feet of clearance all the way around. If I wanted I could make the tank 10 feet long and still have 3 feet on each side.

As far as walking space it will be fine. But because you have one object that's very large, taking up quite a bit of space the room will likely feel smaller. A dark color wall will also make it seem smaller as well.

Industrial design actually. But I do have some interest in that area of design as well. :)
