Thanks H. Actually, I am hosting a reef meeting in about 3 weeks and I was planning on doing that. I am impressed myself. With the ups and downs I cant believe this build has been going on 15 months. Something right has to come out of it.

Did I or Did I Not Screw Up?

Placed the sump under the stand. My calculations are seriously off. Might have to go with an internal skimmer. Planned on having a refugium and auto top off tank in addition to the sump. Looks like more custom work to be done. Very poor planning on my part.

Yes, what were the issues with it the way it's pictured, looks like plenty of room still under the stand, no?

Heres a really crappy sketchy thing of my idea. You could drain only one of your overflows into the fuge or run a pump from your sump up into the fuge. This does complicate your sump quite a bit though.

You could put your ATO underneath the fuge as well.

Cool idea but that will only work if I move the sump to either to one end or the other under the stand. On top of that there is only a 15 inch clearance from the top of the sump to the bottom of the 2 x 8 support of the top portion of the stand.

The idea was the sump in the center, refugium tank on the left, protein skimmer and top off tank on the right. I just basically over built the sump kinda. Instead of the sump going long ways with the stand I will have to make it go width wise and build some type of structure for support. Will add everything under sump and shoot a pic so everyone can get an idea.

Well yes and no. As I stated before I kinda over built the new sump and the original sump. I think I know what I have to do....maybe:juggle2::juggle2::juggle2::furious3::furious3::furious3::stars::stars::stars:
