    Thanks for the new rendering. That has cleared up a couple possibilities I could do.

    How much width would you have if you pushed the sump to one side lengthways? You could do a really long and not very wide fuge that flowed from one end of your stand to the other the joined the return plumbing.

    I would have to say 16 inches of width to play with. But it looks like I might go this route.

    You gotta love an "engineer it as you go" project! Just about every one of mine turns out that way. ;D

    Glad it worked out and you didn't have to go back to the drawing board.

    Only thing that would've changed was either go smaller on the fuge which means getting a fuge tank 48 x24 x24. And get like a 40 gallon tall and use that for water top off.

    How wide do you have if you push the sump to the other side like this?

    This would allow you to have a bigger ATO reservoir or make it your fuge and put the ATO on the end.

    Is aquarium designing your second coming? I would have to change my lighting. But that is another possiblity. I can get that custom built. That would be pretty awesome.
