I found the details. I never trust ANYONE else's QT procedures. Period. What's your current QT setup & procedures?

A very good friend had to put a hold on reefing. He is going through some things in his life and just can't focus on the hobby right now. So he gave me his setup to use if or until he gets the bug again. My plans are to hook it up to my main system and make it a frag tank.

This is the pump for the closed loop with an OM4. The pump is a Dart Hybrid with the lower GPH impeller.

The lighting for the tank is well, I will let the picture speak for itself.

I have a 40 breeder in my bedroom where I house the fish for 30 days in low salinity around 1.015 and feed medicated food and use Prazi Pro and Cupramine per instructions.

Yesterday I went over the previous owners house and picked up the rest of the plumbing for the tank and a few more items.

I got a Schuran calcium reactor and co2 tank.

We got to my place and moved the tank from here

I just filled the tank to test the closed loo which is not leaking and added Prime to the water to get the rest of the bleach smell out of the rocks. I will be doing 100% daily water changes on the tank until the smell goes away which shouldn't take more than a few days. I will post a video later of the closed loop on operation.
