Pretty they did. I just have to keep an eye on the reactor more than just trusting it.

    ouch dude, that blows.

I've tried my hand at anthias twice and after they both died within a month, I said nope, not for a while.

I'm wondering how to get past the "they need to eat all the time" requirement I see when researching them. I really just gave up on them all together, even though they are one of my favorite types of fish.

Mine only ate twice to three times a day. He easiest ones to keep are the Bartletts, Lyretails, and Dispars. Hey don't need much of the requirements like the others. Maybe you can add the Squarebox anthias too.

Thanks, I know I had a lyretail. Maybe I overstocked my tank or there was something else wrong at the time. Maybe I'll try one on my next tank upgrade. I'm fully stocked right now, probably closer to overstocked. Why is this hobby so addicting?????????

If that's another name for the sunburst I think you can only keep one depending on the size of your system.

I dislike reading things like this.

I cant help but ask this question. Your setup, altough very large, seems complicated. Im the keep it simple guy. It seems to me that the more equipment added the more complications and problems can happen, yes? I guess I need some help understanding, thanks.

You are right. I wanna 3 part dosing but everyone says my system will be better with a calcium reactor. The only other complicated thing is doing the ZeoVit system which I think imma only use a couple of their products that worked well for me.

I can that I did try. Should've kept my original idea.

Well I see now that I have to add a real pump to feed the calcium reactor. The perilstalic pump isn't doing it's job and it's inconsistent. I will be adding a maxi jet 600 to the system.
