That's what everyone is telling me. My friend is suppose to bring her buffer over so I can get it done. I have a hand saw and it didn't even put a dent in the scratches. Then a dude who does it for a living informed me why the hand sander doesn't work. So we will see what will happen.

I have a 150 gph from the same company. It goes for 600. That's why I call it my dream RO/DI unit.

    New Overflow

While awaiting on the sander I started to examine my overflow. I always wanted to do a bean animal so I will try with this center overflow. Here is the current overflow.

Once I get the hole saw I will incorporate this for my new overflow and return.

That plate fits perfectly inside the over flow so I will drill new holes in that piece of acrylic and hopefully all goes well.

Its easier than it looks. You just have to go slow and hope everything lines up. But I get mine cut unless its like the piece I did for the overflow

It its what it is and how it should be.

Cool. I'm originally from Ohio. I live in the housing complex right next to Quaker Steak and Lube. Love those killer wings you have to sign a waiver for. You can leave the drool as long as it doesn't get into the tank. It makes for good mop ups. LOLOL:LolLolLol:LolLolLol:LolLolLol
