    LED Fixture Design [AND THE SURVEY SAYS!!!!!!]

    OK, I don't know how to do the survey but here is a pic of my two options to hand my LEDs. They will be using 60 degree lenses and 12 inches above the water. Your options are the left side or right side. Only because I need to fabricate the hanging fixture for the heat sinks. Your response is greatly appreciated. AND THE SURVEY SAYS!!!!!! (I always wanted to say that)

    I'm thinking the left one but that may be because the picture isn't really drawn to scale. Your tank is 4x8 right and heat sinks are 28x10...first on feet second inches...

    Here I did a scale drawing with layout on the left. Only thing that I would be concerned about is front to back coverage. I could go further in depth with the drawing with cones for the spread of the optics and what not but don't have the time at the moment and dont know exact layout of the leds either. Maybe later if you want. I attached the sketchup file too if you wanted to tinker with it.
