    Future Protein Skimmer???

    Going to check out a Reef Octopus Hurricone Cat3 Protein skimmer this weekend. It was put on sale on the forum so I will go and check it out. Its a deal on a very good skimmer. I might finally have a legit update to my thread.

    Good News and then there is Bad News.

    Bad New. I had an acrylic tank guy come by the house and asses how I was doing on the tank and what more needed to be done to finish. Well, I hazed it pretty good but not bad enough to where I have to do start from the beginning. He told me that there is about $2000 dollars of work to be done.

    Good News. With that $2000 I am going with my original plan and build the tank myself. I learned from building my sump and I know what to do and what not to do this go around. So I will be adding pictures to show the progress of the build. I am truly sorry if I let anyone down.
