You Know I have got your back and I haven't even met you. I would do anything I could for anyone who has put their life on the line for us and our country.

I tried to buff scratches out of acrylic before myself. It wasn't nearly on the scale you were doing it and I failed miserably. Due to time constraints I ended up dropping the project at the time but it wasn't a tank, it was a computer case. I pretty much had the same problem you did. I clouded the acrylic and wasted a lot of time and money. I think the trick is working really slow and not letting it get too hot. Easier said than done.

Anyway, good to hear your tank is coming along. Hope to see a pic of it finished in the future and perhaps even some water in the darn thing :p

Take care and don't over do it with all of the yard/house work :p

You dont have to thank me but it was an honor to serve you and my country. I just feel short changed. I'm like the Welfare Walmart Six Million Dollar Man; I have all the parts but not the technology to go with it. lololol j/k.

Thanks for the backup V. Once its done I will add the kit to the Magnavore scraper that sands the acrylic for you while you are cleaning. If it gets worse I wel hire dude again. I can't wait to get water in there. Its killing me.

As for the yard, that had to be done. I put ask my time into the tank and neglected my house. Just found out my home owners association thinks my house color doesn't fit in and now I have to repaint it AGAIN. But its all good.

Time to flip the trump card your service to our county ... I would ! $1200 for a new paint job to satisfy a bunch of snow birds in this economy! Justifiably so! IMO.

Thats the gamble you take when you go to a war. 50/50 chance you either come home safe our in a box. Believe it or not when I finally got out of the hospital I actually thought the people and government owed me something when actually I should have owed myself. The worse is past me thanks to the reef game. Other than some glitches with my injuries, my health and strength is improving thanks to lifting alot of water jugs for water changes and top offs.

    Wow. LOLOL
