Good and bad. Good because the tank is holding water extremely well for the age it is. Bad because thee overflow is another story. I drilled the holes for the bulkheads slightly bigger and I have to play with their placements to avoid a leak. I could leave them alone because the leak is so minor and the sump will catch the leak. But that won't be professional so more than likely I will cut a piece slightly larger than the overflow, weld it to the bottom, let it cure, then drill the hole to precisely fit the two 2 inch bulkhead and drill a 3 inch bulkhead for my dry chamber.

Sooooo now that we'regetting closer to getting this thing inside... Do you have any napkins with plumbing sketches on? Just curious how everything will come together

How are you supporting that behemoth? I was thinking of getting a 300Gallon in the future, but wasn't sure what kind of stand I was going to have to use/build.

Edit: Where is my mind... This is the coolest thread, I like the work you've put in to this unit and I'm a little jelly at the fact you have in your possession such a huge tank.

Not Wow yet. But its going to get there. I was stationed at Fort Riley from 84 - 86 and from Feb of 2004 before I went to Iraq.

I have a stand built. I made some mods to it but been talking to a guy who builds steel stands which is what I want but am happy with the wood stand I have now.
