Reef Keeper Lite multi-timer issue

I've been using the multi timers for dosing pumps on channels 1 & 4 for a couple months. One is set up to come on at the top of the hour for 28 seconds, and the other at a quarter past the hour for 28 seconds. Both repeat every 30 min there after.
All has been good until couple evenings ago. I found them BOTH COMING ON TOGETHER AT 12 MINS AND 42 MINS PAST THE HOUR FOR 28 SECONDS?
I rechecked the settings and see no reason why it's doing this. I performed a factory reset. The problem is still there, both pumps are STILL coming on at the same time, even though their programmed to come on 15 mins apart.
Anyone hear of this issue?
