Reef Ninja's 25 Gallon Cube - Updated 12/19 with new 'Scape and some growth

So, kind of getting fed up with the pistol shrimp already. Freakin' jerk has been taking the blasto frag and turning it into a front door for one of his caves:

 

oh the woes of the pistol shrimp and sand lol he buried my small frag of torch coral that I had pushed into the sand not too long ago. Evidently it was in the way of where he would of liked to make a front door for his cave.

 

Couldn't take it anymore, moved the pistol shrimp to the sump until I can find a home for it. Took a family vote, the aye's have it!

 

Well can't blame you with that move at all! I wish I had a sump to even put mine into honestly but I don't lol

Well, just a little update. Went to Los Angeles for about 9 days, and brought some goodies back with me. Small problem with going on vacation though: I left my Mom to feed the tank while we were gone, and while everything is pretty much on cruise control or automated, she demonstrates a heavy feeding hand! As you can tell from the updated FTS, I've now got a small cyano problem. : )

Picked up 4 pieces of coral. Found a guy that runs a shop out of his garage in the LA area, fantastic stuff! Not sure if Ill need to go anywhere else after meeting this dude, and seeing his prices! (Unfortunately, I'm still having a hard time photographing aquarium livestock, these pictures don't do it justice!)

So, I weathered a little hardship, for those that missed my other thread. But were all good now.

Feel comfortable enough to have added a few new corals.

I picked up this Brain and Leptastrea at a local store, was pretty excited for these finds:

 

I also came home after a really crappy day of some mandatory OT. My lovely, incredible wife spoiled me with this surprise when I cam home.
(And she's super sly, not only was it on sale, but she got an additional 20% by catching that its a little bleached. SO she grabbed it for 50% off).

 

Also starting to notice some changes. My Zoas just sprouted a new baby, I just right now noticed what may be some kind of disease on the larger one, Ill post pics later.

I Also noticed the Acro is more two-toned, not sure which color is going to be the dominant, but Im really starting to like it:



Also, still not the biggest fan of this frag, but is starting to look like its getting more speckled/sparkly:
