No kidding after two hours I was impressed too. It only get's better and when I say better I mean darker, smellier and better for the fish.

Edit: Forgot to mention. Welcome to the reef. Ask any questions you have, someone here will be able to answer them. I find I like this forum more because people will take your question seriously. Unlike other places people aren't overly condescending or sarcastic and most will legitimately try to give you the best advice they know. You can usually get the help you need fairly quickly here at 3reef.

Still getting about a 1/4 to a 1/3 collection cup a day. Have to empty every two days. I had no clue my tank was this dirty. Maybe this is why my SPS wasn't getting good growth.

Clarky same thing after the first day. Bubbles were down and had to tweak it again. I have been tweaking it all day trying to find a good spot but its been tough. I feel like the bubbles are not that large anymore. Would that be due to bioload? I currently only have a foxface and a clown and some inverts which I only feed once every two days. It seemed like in the beginning the bubbles were gigantic and a slight adjustment of the valve would control them, and now they are alot smaller. I have the valve all the way open and the cup is 75% of the way down and I am barely breaking the surface of the cylinder of the cup.
