    Hi Guys,

    I was wondering if anyone happened to know what diameter tubing I need to replace the outlet tube on my ROE 160. I have both 1" and 1 1/4" pipe. The 1" is too small and the 1 1/4" is too big. I have heard that you can increase the performance by shortening the length of the outlet pipe. Mine stick about 4 inches under the water line. I could cut the original but would rather keep it in tact in case I ever sell it. If anyone has done this before and knows the answer, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

    ...well, thats the trouble with modifications....you gotta take the bitter with the sweet...but, by the time you get around to sell'n it (if ya ever do)...it ain't gonna be worth what you'll want anyway...so I say...cut the hell out of it...DIY Baby !! : )
