    Try turning the valve to the right, it will raise your bubble output. Also make sure the top (red lid) is on perfect. There is a grove that it sits into, if its not in the grove it doesn't preform correctly.

    Its in the groove right. I just wasnt sure where to set the bubble line to so that it performs properly.
