    Reef Roids by Polyp Lab. I tried it a few month ago noticed some definite growth. It might just be a coincidence but shortly after I started using the stuff I got a nasty algae outbreak.

    Thats because the packaging doesnt tell you that they contain Molybdenum and this fuels algae. Both me and you have learnt this the hard way! I've never had an algae problem until using products like these.
