    yeah they're known to eat crustaceans but from what live aquaria says the eel may stay away if fed regularly. eels are way cooler than a little shrimp anyways.

    Xanthichthys auromarginatus, or more commonly known as blue throat trigger or blue cheek trigger. they are said to be reef safeish. also niger triggers are said it be reef safish (don't know about the inverts with these two either) both get rather large also so may not be the best for your setup.
