reef safe ich products don't have a 100% chance of working. i would say its less then a 50% of working(i am being generous).
the best reef safe cures are perfect water quality, garlic food dip and vitamin food dip.

There are a few products, but none of them work. Ich always seems to come back and all they do is cloud up your water. Having good clean water in your tank and plenty of hiding places and rockwork to make your fish feel safe is the only thing to do. The only treatment that works to kill ich is copper.

I usually use a good quality food...RODS and the like. I also add garlic to it. Garlic will not do anything per se for the ich but will entice the fish to eat. If you do not have RODS, then along with the garlic try some selcon.

Make sure your water quality is good and that the fish are eating. Usually that is the best treatment.
