    I wonder ig rust-oleum pain is toxic to a tank??? I am not sure. however I did use the rust-oleum pain in a spray can to pain the back of my 10 gallon tank blue. It worked really well and has held up for 3 years now with no issues. However it is not in constant contact with the saltwater either....
