Reef safe?

    Last couple months they really took over. Now I have hundreds of them on my live rock. What kind of Starfish are they and mostly are they reef safe? Sorry for picks, the best I could get. Thanks.

    Asterina Stars. yes they are safe.

    most of them;) but yes asterinas
    i wouldn't be alarmed, watch your corals and their population, and you'lll know, I have tons in my tank with no ill will so far

    Most are reef safe, however if you don't like the look of them remove them asap. I had a few in my tank that I just left alone and 6 months later I had hundreds of them if not thousands. I was removing like 20+ a day without even looking for them.

    or toss a harlequin shrimp in there
