Thanks, as I said, the tanks are the least of our worries, but I figured this thread is about the life of that tank and it'd be a good place to document it.

so far we've donated to the red cross, have a bunch of cans of baby formula to hand out and are planning on going clothes shopping for a few of our friends kids who have lost everything. In time, we'll get this tank back up and running, but the people out here really need the help right now.

Sorry to hear about the tank and the death of the animals. Hurricanes are tough on aquariums. Sadly, after things get back to normal, you will probably see a lot of tanks hit Craigslist in your area.

We're getting back to normal here in NJ. We've got the tank back in pretty good shape too. We lost a lot, but most of the LPS corals and all Zoas survived.
We've gone with 20K bulbs so I need to adjust my picture taking skills now.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Edges are so cool.

How is the evaporation rate on the tank?

Looks like a ton of nice LPS too.

    Tank Evaporation

There is a lot of evaporation.
Approximately 4-5 gallons per day for a tank that is about 100 gallons.
