Yes, very nice setup. Ill be following along, deff. go with some actinics in there. I love the zero edge, any issues with carpet surfing yet, that would be my major concern, plus what everyone else stated, my nieces and nephews love to try and "pet" the fish and smudge up my front glass all day, which im fine with cause i can clean it easy but not with that tank.

Empty spot in pic 7 is a cave\reflection. There is rock there a little behind, that you can see in one of the other pics, but it does look a little darker. Hopefully I can get a real camera in here soon.
I haven't heard of the carpet surfing. It did move itself to that current location.
Cleaning this tank is pretty easy since it's already open. And the outside doesn't really get dirty, we scrub it down once in a while. The inside however, I think we might have a nutrient issue, it seems to get algae pretty often.

talk to john at reefcleaners.org, he can hook up a CUC that will help that algea issue. I only run a magfloat on my glass about once a month so I can take pics without the CUC in the middle of them :jester:

sorry, carpet surfing is when the fish decide to jump out of the tank since there is no lid, and jump onto the carpet.

Yeah we've had a few carpet surfers. I think 3 in total.
1 was an anthia, 1 goby (orange and white striped), and 1 chromis. We also lost 2 bangi cardinals which were stung or picked on.
I think we are going to get some large pajama cardinals next. The current inhabitants have been good for a few weeks. The only jumper I'm worried about right now is the anthia.
