It is a dry heat, yeah right !
For sps you want foods that contain zooplankton or small particle meaty protein foods like oyster eggs and such. Even a slurry of extremely small particle foods like Rod's Foods, crushed mysid.

I never had any noticeable results with Marine Snow products, stopped using it after 2 bottles, but that was many years ago.

Some individual use it to feed gorgonians and soft corals. It might work very well for lps, it just never did much for my stony corals and I do not think it would provide much to inverts such as clams and anemones.

Give it a try, just use according to directions, if you do not notice a change than well at least you know for the future.

Basically it's the decaying organic matter of phyto and zooplankton.

I use red sea reef energy and 5 star reef bar to feed everything in my tank.

below are what I am currently feeding my corals with

Brightwells Zooplankton S for SPS corals
some may even be able to handle Zooplankton M
the above are both liquid supplements
I like to feed these in the general area of my SPS corals, using a pippete
a turkey baster would do also, just do not squeeze it to hard or everything is blasted in the vicinity of 1 coral.

also Tropic Marin's Zooton, which is a freeze dried Zooplankton, very fine particles, I just mix a small amount with 100 mils of tank water
    and broadcast that

for LPS corals, target feeding Mysis if they are able to take it, is a good bet

broadcast feeding cyclopeze is another good idea as some LPS corals will process some of that
I also feed that an Marc Wiess reef bugs into my softy LPS set up, but only once per week at present.

main thing is maintain awareness of water quality , to many liquid / food supplements can obviously polute the aquarium

I like to err on the side of caution when following MFG instructions
if it states 5 - 10 mil per 50 gallons of aquarium water every other day for example
I would start with just 5 mils and feed that twice a week to start with , monitoring corals and water quality, and deciding after a period of time if more was indeed required

basically if your filter can handle it
your Nitrate and Phosphate are controlled.
your glass does not go green/ brown overnight
you do not have any excessive algae or cyno issues
then additional feedings are not doing any harm

I use a homemade blend of a variety of frozen food that I feed the fish and the coral eats off of the water column.

I have been using Tropic Marin Reef Snow for a couple of years with really good results.. I have noticed greater polyp extension and more pods etc. in my tank since I started feeding the TM Reef Snow food.
