I was wondering if cigarette smoke in the house will have any effect on the health of a reef tank?

We had a similar thread recently on same subject.

Smoke alone should not be an issue in a well ventilated house and some kind of periodic water changes are done to dilute any possible build up of toxins in tank. (from smoking or other source)

Of greater concern to me, would be from insertion of hand into tank by a smoker, which likely has a heavy concentration of nicotine on it...:-/

Well thanks guys for the feedback. I did read the thread mentioned earlier, and believe it is not going to cause a problem. This makes me happy.
