    Hello
I have been thinking of getting some led lights for my 180 (72x24x24) fowler. The reefbreaders LEDs look reasonably priced.
My question is which ones to buy and how many?
Would 120 lenses be better than 90 lenses for a fowler?

I am really looking to light up my tank a lot more. Right now I only have a 72 inch tank light running two t8 aqua glow bulbs.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I would think 2 of the value fixtures with 120* optics would be best.

Yeah I really like the price on the value fixtures. I was not sure if two would be enough coverage? I have never owned LEDs so I have no clue haha.

I think I saw something on the sight saying a 36" coverage for SPS, so two would be 72" which is the length of your tank. HOWEVER, you're not keeping sps, let alone coral so I think it'd be ok for some spots not to be SO bright. IMO.

However, the sponsors will better answer your questions than I did.

Awesome! I will probably go with those if that is the case. I am sure they will look much better than my current lighting.
This may be a dumb question but it looks like these fixtures have two power cords? Is the a way to hook the lights together or would I have four power separate cords for my lighting?

That, you'll definitely have to wait for a sponsor for, though I assume unless you wanna take apart the fixture and redo all the wiring yourself, you're stuck with two plugs per fixture.
