    Reminds me of my first fluorescent tank light. I gutted a Penn-Plax incandescent hood, then disassembled a shop light and mounted the parts inside. Hey, it worked. lol

    What's the total thickness of your led setup including drivers and fans. Can the drivers be external if needed

    Yea drivers can be external if needed. Drivers 1.5in thick same with led board. So 3" all together. But was thinking drivers would fit behind led board under hood. Looks like there might be room.

    Done! Kinda took the easy way out and just mounted the whole fixture. Took the 90deg optics off. So 120 now. Put blues at 100. Whites at 75.

    Gutted hood. Drilled 4 holes. Got longer threaded bolts. Put the head of bolt inside led coming out through top. Then screwed nut on once through hood. Simple. Easy.
