Reefcleaners.org by far BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

My package was accidentally shipped to the wrong location, probably at least 2/3rds of the shipment still made it live, probably due to Johns great shipping strategies (they were in the package even for 5 days). Little did I know I arrive home after work to find the same package shipped again. This was such a suprise and I am so happy with the service from John. I have heard his great reputation and now I will do all my orders from him. Thanks very much! I recommend his site to everyone, he obviously knows how to do business and keep his customers happy, satisfied, and coming back for more.

I see one of these thread pop-up every other day. I agree with everyone's opinion. I only order once from John, but my PO messed up as well and the package was stuck there for days. John replaced every single item that did not make it. After 7 months, I still have many hermits and snails and as soon as I need any, I know where to go back to place my order. I would not risk it with someone else.
