Hi everyone, the newbie here again.

I was about to pull the trigger on purchasing 75lbs of dry rock for my new tank from MarcoRocks.com when I cam across ReefCleaners.orgl. ReefCleaners' rock looks good and for what I'm ordering I'd save $50. I've read glowing reviews of MarcoRocks, I'd hate to to get inferior rock to save $50.

Does anyone have experience with either one of these vendors, is one better than the other?

I have Marco rocks in my tank. I called them up told them what I wanted and recieved exactly what I asked for. I would recommend them. On the other hand I have not done business with reefcleaners so I cant speak to that. I dont remember seeing anything bad about them so My recommendation is to go with which one has the rock you like the best at the best price for you. JMPO. Good luck

Order from John at reefcleaners.org He's an outstanding vendor and will go that extra mile for you. I just ordered 100#'s from him and he took the time to find the pieces I had envisioned or very close to them but the point being is that he didn't just weigh out and ship off 100 lbs of rock. So save some money and get the exact same rock you would from Marcro.

I haven't purchased rock from ReefCleaners, but have purchased CUC twice. I can't express enough how great John is.

That said, does anyone here have experience with BRS rock?
    BRS

I've heard great things on 3Reef about both Marco's and ReefCleaner rock. I haven't seen anything on the BRS stuff. (Yes, I could/should search). This thread just made me think of it.

Both have high quality rock. Reefcleaners has better prices, and MUCH MUCH better customer service.

I've ordered from ReefCleaners twice and John's customer service is top notch. He goes out of his way to keep the customer satisfied and thats not very common anymore in the world we live in.

I cant say nothing bad about reef cleaners customer service I have not heard nothing but good things. I can say Marco Rocks customer service for me was great. They talked with me on the phone. asked me what type of shapes I was looking for and I received exactly what I was looking for. I dont think you can go wrong ordering from either one.
