Guys/gals I need some reassurance about my recent purchase from Reefcleaners. Orders some CUC on Tuesday it was shipped wednesday, thought it would come today but it appears it may come tomorrow. Since tomorrow I will be going back to work, will the animals be in the box until 5ish.

would that be an issue or will the crabs/snails be ok?

they should be just fine for 2 days as long as they dont get too cold or hot (depending on where you live)

It shouldnt. Ive heard nothing but good things about John. I just placed an order too. I know he packages everything well. Not to mention all the organisms you ordered are very hardy unless they had to be shipped priority.

John @ ReefCleaners is the BEST vendor I've ever dealt with online, he is such a great guy. You should have zero worries, he will take care of you.

    Ya, you'll be fine.

My CuC shipped cross country (Florida to Wash) then sat outside (not to hot, not to cold, since it was mid spring) temps until I was home at 6. Zero problems.

Also, if you have someone available to bring the box inside then you wouldnt even need to worry about temps :p

I recently received an order of mangroves and macros from John @ Reefcleaners and my order sat in my local post office for 3 days once it arrived (6 total days in transit that was by no means John's fault) and everything arrived fine and is alive and kicking. You really can't go wrong with Reefcleaners.

Agreed with the mantis on board I restock with John about every month & a half or so, and order macro as well. All if total I think I have ordered 4-5 times now from him and the only loss I had was one macro but that was 100+ temps in mid missouri, so blaming that on anyone but me would be silly. Even if you were to lose a couple snails or crabs its not gonna matter cause I have never got an order that didnt have extras anyways.
